Can Procrastination Actually be a Byproduct of Perfectionism?

The article below postulates that procrastinating can sometimes come from the anxiety that a person who reaches from perfection can get from thinking about how difficult a task may be to complete "perfectly" and so one would delay that task and thus be confused with procrastination.  Interesting read!
